Wedding Receptions

Pre-Receptions

  • The Library and South Lawn

    The South Lawn, gardens and Library offer a beautiful setting for photographs with the historic house providing a unique backdrop.  Pre-Reception drinks and canapés can also be taken in the Library and grounds before going to the Garden Marquee for your Reception.

  • The Dining Room and Drawing Room are also available, if required, for pre-reception.

Receptions

  •  Receptions are held in the Garden Marquee with fine views overlooking undulating parkland.  The Garden Marquee seats up to 130 and can cater for 200 for an evening reception.  It is a permanent feature (brand new in 2011) and is fully equipped with tables, luxury chairs, a licensed bar,  elegant lighting and thermostatically controlled heating.
  • Our New Wedding Packages for 2018 offer many extras including -

For a more intimate reception we suggest dining in the house (maximum 50) and to use the Garden Marquee for an evening reception.
